I have a room under a flat roof where we have a terrace. I do not want to redo the terrace, but would like to insulate the ceiling from inside the room (as it gets cold).
I am looking for a material / combination of materials that I can fit between the rafters on top of the plasterboard. Alternatively some sort of insulated platerboard might be another option.
